INVITATION TO BID: WESTSIDE TO
WATERHOUSE TRAIL
BEAVERTON, OR

Notice is hereby given that Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District is requesting sealed bids from qualified General Contractors for the construction of a multi-use trail and a mid-block crossing at the Merlo Light Rail Station.
Bids must be received by 2 PM, Wednesday, February 17, 2016 in the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District Fanno Creek Service Center Office, 6220 SW 112th Avenue, Suite 100, Beaverton Oregon 97008. Bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened.
The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with this Request for Bid or in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause, any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so, and to waive any and all information in the best interest of the District. Copies of the Proposal/Bid documents may be obtained through ARC Document Solution by either of the following methods:
A. Order hardcopies at your own expense at any ARC Document Solution – Oregon location, refer to their website at: e-arc.com/or/portland for address and contact information, or
B. Documents can be reviewed and downloaded on the Internet at ARC Document Solution Public Planroom. Go to: e-arc.com/or/portland and then select Public Projects under Plan Room heading in the left column (no login required). Select Westside to Waterhouse Trail from the project list.
