The purpose of this Notice is to invite you to a Public Hearing at a Planning Commission meeting on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 155 NW 2nd Ave to review and comment on a Site and Design Review and Conditional Use Permit (DR 15-07/CUP 15-04) for Premier Gear and Machine Works proposed 60,240 sf manufacturing and corporate office industrial development on an approximate 6 acre track zoned Light Industrial (M-1) within the Pioneer Industrial Park located at 387 S Sequoia Parkway.
