The City of Creswell Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers of aviation fuels to supply aviation fuels for Hobby Field Airport located in Creswell, Oregon. A full proposal is available on the city’s website (www.ci.creswell.or.us) and at the address listed below.
Sealed Proposals will be accepted at Creswell City Hall, hand delivered (including FedEx and UPS) to Attention: Roberta Tharp, 13 South 1st Street, or mailed to P.O. Box 276, Creswell, Oregon 97426 until 4:00 pm Friday, January 29, 2016. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. There will be no formal opening. Proposals will not be accepted after the above stated date and time.
The City of Creswell reserves the right: 1) to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with public bidding procedures; 2) to postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from date of proposal opening; 3) to waive informalities in the proposals; and 4) to select the proposal which appears to be in the best interest of the City, based upon the evaluation criteria set forth within the Request for Proposals packet.
Preparation and submission of a proposal is at the proposer’s sole risk and expense.
