1. The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) invites sealed proposals for providing a Transit Asset Management Plan as described in this RFP.
2. TriMet will receive sealed proposals at 1800 SW 1st Avenue, Suite 300, Procurement & Contracts Department (PD), Portland, OR, 97201, Attention: Linda Joy (PD), until 11:30 a.m. (PST), on February 25, 2016. Proposals will not be publicly opened.
3. Proposers must register on TriMet’s eBid System at https://www.ebidexchange. com/trimet/ If solicitation addenda are issued, only registered Proposers will be notified via email of the availability of addenda for download. Acknowledgement of addenda will be required.
