Lewis County is inviting statements of qualification and performance information from qualified firms to provide engineering design (including surveying) and construction support services for a new water reservoir of the Vader-Enchanted Valley Water System located at 1333 S Military Road, Winlock, WA.
One or more firms will be selected for an interview based upon the following criteria categories and weights:
Firms desiring consideration shall submit a complete qualification package to Lewis County Public Works, 2025 NE Kresky Ave, Chehalis, WA 98532 by 11:00 AM on January 19, 2016. The most highly rated firm will be selected for an interview and contract negotiations.

The project is funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant Program with federal funds by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and local utility revenue. As a result, cost plus percentage of construction cost contracts will not be allowed, and several state and federal equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements will apply to the selection process of the project.
