In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby required to appear and answer the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled Court and cause on or before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the first publication of this summons. The date of first publication in this matter is January 22, 2016. If you fail timely to appear and answer, plaintiff will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint. This is a judicial foreclosure of a deed of trust in which the plaintiff requests that the plaintiff be allowed to foreclose your interest in the following described real property:

BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF NE 205TH AVENUE, WHICH IS 525.70 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE JACOB-ZIMMERMAN DONATION LAND CLAIM, THENCE NORTH 88°55′ EAST 20.00 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF NE 205TH AVENUE AND THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING NORTH 88°55′ EAST 194.96 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°05′ WEST 85.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88°55′ WEST 194.96 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF NE 205TH AVENUE; THENCE NORTH 00°05′ EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF NE 205TH AVENUE 85.50 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
