HEARING NOTICE

The Dundee Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 17, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Dundee City Hall, 620 SW Fifth Street, Dundee, OR, to evaluate the following proposals:

1. Development Code amendments to create time, place, and manner regulations for marijuana retailers, producers, processers, wholesalers, and testing laboratories, File No. LURA 16-01. The amendments are required to conform to the policies of the Dundee Comprehensive Plan and Oregon state law. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council for a future decision.

2. Appeal of City denial of a three-lot partition, File No. MP 15-13. The proposed partition would have divided an existing parcel into three parcels of 5,000 square feet, 8,000 square feet, and 14,785 square feet.
