Sealed bids for East Airport Industrial Park Water Line Project will be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Tim Simons, Community Development Director, City of Pendleton, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, Oregon, 97801 until 2:00 p.m. local time Tuesday, March 8, 2016, plainly marked “East Airport Industrial Park Water Line Project”. All bidders must be prequalified and all prequalifications must be submitted to the City by 1:00 p.m. the day before the bid opening. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2016, in the Community Development Conference Room, same address as above. A copy of the proposal document may be obtained until 5:00 p.m., March 3, 2016, for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 from the Community Development Director’s office or by calling (541) 966-0203.
