NOTICE OF ADOPTION
OF THE AMENDED WILSONVILLE
URBAN RENEWAL PLAN

The City Council of the City of Wilsonville has adopted Ordinance No. 783 on February 1, 2016 approving an amendment to the West Side Urban Renewal Plan. The West Side Urban Renewal Plan as amended has been adopted in conformance with the applicable legal requirements and shall be conclusively presumed valid for all purposes 90 days after the adoption of the ordinance. No direct or collateral attack on the action may thereafter be commenced.
