NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Scappoose School District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, will be held at 33589 SE HIGH SCHOOL WAY, SCAPPOOSE OR 97056.

The meetings will take place on 4/13/2016, 4/20/2016, 5/18/2016, (5/11/2016 if nesessary) at 6:30 pm.

The purpose of the 4/13/2016 meeting is to receive the budget message. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.

An additional, a seperate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The meeting for pulic comment will be on May 4, 2016 at 6:30 pm, held at 33589 SE HIGH SCHOOL WAY SCAPPOOSE OR 97056.

A copy of the budget document will be availble for review on or after April 14, 2016 AT 33589 SE HIGH SCHOOL WAY SCAPPOOSE OR 97056, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
