NOTICE OF PUBIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting for 2016 of the owners of land situated in the Scappoose Drainage Improvement Company will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Scappoose Senior Center building located at 33342 S.W. Meadow Drive, Scappoose, Oregon, Columbia County. This meeting is for the purpose of electing two (2) directors for three year terms or until their successor is elected and qualified; and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. At said meeting, each landowner shall be entitled to one (1) vote in person or by proxy for each acre of land owned by them in the Company. Please attend this meeting either in person or by proxy.

The annual meeting of the Board of Directors will be held immediately following the close of the annual meeting of landowners.
