NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Scappoose Drainage Improvement Company (SDIC) will be held on February 24, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Scappoose Senior Center building at 33342 S.W. Meadow Drive, Scappoose, Oregon following the annual meeting of the members of SDIC. The Board will
consider approval of a loan from the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority to fund an interior drainage analysis and conduct an evaluation of the flood control infrastructure operated and maintained by SDIC together with any regular business and any other business that may come before the Board.
