Notice is hereby given that a ballot title for a measure referred by Mt. View Hospital District was filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson County on January 28, 2016. This measure will be on the May 17, 2016 Primary Election Ballot.
The ballot title caption is “Dissolution of the Mt. View Hospital District effective June, 2016”. The full text of this ballot measure is available at the Jefferson County Clerk’s office, 66 SE D Street, Suite C, Madras, OR 97741 or on the Jefferson County website (www.co.jefferson.or.us).
An elector may file a petition for review of this ballot title in the Jefferson County Circuit Court no later than 5:00 p.m. February 8, 2016.
