The court case number is 15CV05879, filed out of Yamhill County Circuit Court, where Rescap Liquidating Trust, is Plaintiff and Darrell G Schroepfer; State of Oregon; Cascade Collections Inc.; Atlas Financial Services; Ophelia F Schroepfer; Lee Ogden Tyler; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, lien or interest in the real property commonly known as 201 Stanley Street, Amity, Oregon 97101, is defendant.
