The court case number is 13CV04687, filed out of Yamhill County Circuit Court, where Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for GMACM Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR2, is plaintiff and Peter A Logan; Martha E Logan; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, lien or interest in the real property commonly known as 32550 Northeast Old Parrett Mountain Road, Newberg, Oregon 97132, is defendant.
