The court case number is 15CV07803, filed out of Yamhill County Circuit Court, where Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB dba Christiana Trust as Trustee for HLSS Mortgage Master Trust for the Benefit of the Holders of the Series 2014-1 Certificates issued by HLSS Mortgage Master Trust, is plaintiff and Aaron G Martin; Vanessa L Martin; Johnnie Jo Martin; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, lien or interest in the real property commonly known as 1015 East First Main Street, Yamhill, Oregon 97148, is defendant.
