Bids due: March 3, 2016 @ 2:00 pm
Sealed bids for the Hunters Highland Pump Station Electrical Improvement, CIP No. 429800, will be received at the front desk in the main lobby of Gresham City Hall, 1333 N.W. Eastman Parkway, Gresham, Oregon 97030, until Thursday, March 3rd, 2016 at 2:00pm local time. Late bids will be retained but not considered for award. The bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter in Conference Room 2A. The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $92,000.
The character of the work is pump station electrical improvements and associated appurtenances which generally consists of the installation of a generator automatic transfer switch and a quick connection panel. The major quantities involved are:

Contract terms, conditions, plans and specifications may be reviewed and/or downloaded at the State of Oregon’s Website (http://ORPIN.Oregon.gov). Our project is listed on their website under Hunters Highland Electrical Improvement Notice No. KG0020-429800-16. Printed copies may be obtained from the Department of Environmental Services on the second floor of Gresham City Hall by paying a non-refundable fee of $25 for each printed set of Contract Documents requested. If ordered by mail, add a $5 processing and mailing charge. The apparent low bidder will be required to own the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards as shown by the records of the Department of Environmental Services before being awarded the contract.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, February 25th, 2016 at 10:00am, at the pump station site located at 2324 SW Thomas Place, Gresham, OR, 97080.
This project is for a public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked “SEALED BID for Hunters Highland Electrical Improvement CIP No. 429800 and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
