AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on a building located at 1126 NE 28th Street, Portland, OR, 97232. Three antennas will be removed and six new antennas will be installed at centerline heights of 82 and 88 feet on the rooftop.
