REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP 76): SAIF CORPORATION MATERIAL TESTING &
INSPECTION SERVICES

SAIF Corporation is seeking proposals from experienced MATERIAL TESTING AND INSPECTION FIRMS to provide services for its Salem Campus Renovation Project in Salem, Oregon. The firm that is selected in response to this RFP will be providing services during the construction phase of the Project, which is scheduled to run April 2016 – Summer 2018.
SAIF Corporation intends to enter into a contract with the selected firm during the month of March 2016, with Project completion slated for 3rd quarter of 2018.
