REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: 2016 STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
STAYTON, OR

The City of Stayton is requesting bids for the 2016 Street Maintenance Program.
The City of Stayton will provide contract documents that outline the scope of work and specific project requirements. The project includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a 4-inch asphalt patch in 2-inch lifts, consisting of 4,000 square feet of Level 2, ½” Dense HMAC. This work will include street cleaning, saw-cutting, asphalt pavement removal, haul off and disposal, installation of paving fabric, rock backfill, adjustment of existing valve boxes and manhole cover/frame assemblies to grade, as needed, and all other work necessary to meet the engineering intent, as shown in the Contract Documents.
