West Linn – Wilsonville School District is seeking qualifications from general contractors for the construction of a replacement Sunset Primary School in West Linn and a new Middle School in Wilsonville. To accomplish this objective the School District is implementing a prequalification selection (ORS 279C.430) process to obtain a select list of eligible General Contractors. Only prequalified general contractors will be invited to participate in a formal lump-sum bid process. Each project will be bid and awarded independently. Each of the schools has been designed and will be publicly bid and constructed independently beginning Spring 2016.
The Request for Qualifications may be reviewed at the District Operation Center located at 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, Oregon, 97062, or obtained by email request from the contact named below. A mandatory preproposal meeting will be held on March 1, 2016 @ 10 AM. More information about the preproposal meeting will be included in the RFQ document.
Qualifications will be accepted by Anthony Vandenberg, Program Manager (vandenbt @wlwv.k12.or.us or 503-673-7990) at the District Operations Center until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2016 local time after which qualifications will not be accepted. Any and all questions regarding this procurement should be directed to the District’s Program Manager, Anthony Vandenberg. These projects are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as defined in ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870.
