Each year an urban renewal agency must prepare a report for the governing body and the general public in accordance with ORS 457.460. Effect of Urban Renewal on Property Tax Collections
Urban renewal methodology directs taxes related to growth to be apportioned to the urban renewal agency. The effect of this apportionment on Wilsonville’s overlapping taxing jurisdictions is represented as a percentage of the entities total tax collections (within Clackamas County only).
