TVWD-021716 Tualatin Valley Water District invites sealed bids for one (1) 11/13 yard Construction Dump Truck. The deadline for submitting bids is Thursday, March 16, 2016, by 2:00 p.m. Bids shall be received at District headquarters located at 1850 SW 170th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97003. Faxed, e-mailed, or late bids will not be accepted. Bids shall be publicly opened and read shortly after the 2:00 p.m. deadline.
The District reserves the right to (1) cancel this invitation to bid, (2) reject any and all bids not in compliance with public bidding procedures or bids not in the public and the District’s interests, (3) to postpone award of the purchase order until all bids have been reviewed by the District for compliance to specifications. (4) to waive informalities in the bids, and (5) to select the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder for award of the purchase order.
