The City of Cornelius is soliciting sealed bids for the North Central Waterline Project located within the City of Cornelius, Washington County, Oregon. Sealed bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Cornelius, Oregon until 2:00 PM PDT on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the City of Cornelius, City Hall, 1355 N. Barlow Street, Cornelius, OR, 97113. Bidders must complete and submit, in a sealed envelope, the First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure no later than 4:00 PM PDT on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. Work consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor required to complete approximately 3,380 LF of water main improvements in accordance with the bid documents. The project is financed by City of Cornelius water funds and is subject to BOLI prevailing wage requirements. Bid documents can be examined and downloaded at the City of Cornelius website under the “Bids/Projects” tab (http://www.ci.cornelius.or.us). Alternatively, they can be obtained in PDF digital format at the City of Cornelius Public Works office, 1300 S. Kodiak Circle, Cornelius, OR, 97113. Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:15 PM PDT on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Cornelius City Council Chambers, 1310 N. Adair Street, Cornelius, OR, 97113.
