The contract terms, conditions and specifications may be reviewed for the “Phase 1 – Campground Paving Project at Harris Beach State Park located at 1655 HWY 101 N, Brookings, Curry County, Oregon 97415 and sealed bids will be received and publicly opened on (date bids due) at 2:00 PM at the Parks and Recreation Department, 725 Summer St NE, Ste C, Salem, Oregon 97301. Offer(s) may be rejected if not in compliance with bidding procedures and requirements. Any or all offers may be rejected if in the public interest to do so.
No Pre-Bid Conference will be held, however, prospective bidders are encouraged to become familiar with the project location by making a site visit. Information concerning arrangements for a site visit are available in the solicitation documents/information on the ORPIN website.
