The Vancouver Housing Authority is rebidding project 201518 – Orchard Glen Exterior Renovations until 1:30 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Vancouver Housing Authority, 2500 Main St., Vancouver, Washington 98660 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A mandatory walk through and pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 5701 NE 102nd Ave, Vancouver WA 98662. If your company is not already on the previous walk thru sign in sheet. If your company cannot attend the walk-thru at this time, contact Pam Haynes to arrange an alternative site visit time.
Work includes, but is not limited to: rehabilitation of 12 buildings to include removal and replacement of siding, windows, doors, roofing and exterior decks. Project is subject to Evergreen Sustainability Development Standards.
