Notice is hereby given that Clackamas County, through its Clackamas County Fair Board, will open sealed bids on April 13, 2016 4:30pm in the Office at the Clackamas County Fair and Event Center, 694 NE 4th Avenue, Canby, Oregon for:
Clear Span Fabric Structure
No bids will be received or considered after time of closing.
Clackamas County Fair and Event Center is seeking bids from qualified design and construction contractors to construct at lease one Clear Span Fabric Structure to be used year around at the Clackamas County Fair and Event Center. Compliant with permanent building code (structurally); Snow Load 25psf; Wind Load 90MPH, preferable peaked.
Based on price, we will award to propose most advantageous offer.
Size of Structures considered will be:
30m x 30m x 4.2 side height (89’ x 98’ x 13.9”)
30m x 45m x 4.2m side height (98’ x 148’ x 13.9”)
30m x 60m x 4.2 side height (98’ x 197’ x 13.9”)
40m x 40m x 4.2m side height (131’ x 131’ x 13.9”)
40m x 45m x 4.2m side height (131’ x 148’ x 13.9”)
40m x 80m x 5.4m side height (131’ x 262’ x 13.9”)
Bid packets will be available at the Clackamas County Fair and Event Center, 694 NE 4th Avenue, Canby, OR 97013, phone 503-266-1136. Sealed bids are to be sent to the Clackamas County Fair Board – Buyer at the 4th Avenue address. Bids will be opened in the Fair Office, located on 4th Avenue, at the designated time.
This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800. to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276a).
The Clackamas County Fair Board reserved the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and/or to reject for good cause any and all bids upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so and waive any and all informalities.
