NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 the City Council of the City of Beaverton will consider the resolution described below. The City Council will meet at the Beaverton City Hall located at 12725 SW Millikan Way Beaverton, Oregon in the Council Chambers.

A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE FUNDING FOR ONE METRO NATURE IN NEIGHBORHOODS BOND MEASURE: LOCAL LEGACY PROGRAM PROJECT. The resolution to reallocate Local Share Bond Measure funds. The funds to be reallocated include $110,130 previously allocated to Creekside Francis Restoration Project and $164,999.73 previously allocated to the Forest Glen Park project. Staff recommends that $275,129.73 be allocated to a new Local Share Bond Measure project, the SW 144th Avenue Flood Remediation and Habitat Restoration Project, at 3805-3825 SW 144th Avenue.
