JOINT WATER COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to ORS 279C.335, the Joint Water Commission (JWC), an intergovernmental entity formed under ORS Chapter 190, consisting of the Cities of Beaverton, Forest Grove, and Hillsboro, and the Tualatin Valley Water District, in Washington County, State of Oregon, acting as its Local Contract Review Board, will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on JWC’s draft Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Findings for an exemption from competitive bidding requirements for the JWC Water Treatment Plant Expansion to 85 MGD Project. The hearing will take place on Friday, April 8, 2016, starting at 1:30 p.m., at the Hillsboro Civic Center, located at 150 E Main St. Room 113B, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123.
