The court case number is 15CV16213, filed out of Yamhill County Circuit Court, where US Bank National Association as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. as Successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the MLMI Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2006-HE6, is plaintiff and Maurilio Portillo; Julissa Y Portillo; Oak Knoll Homeowners Association; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, lien or interest in the real property commonly known as 1112 Hillsdale Drive, Newberg, Oregon 97132, is defendant.
