REQUEST: The applicant requests a self-storage facility located at 12740 SW Pacific Highway. The proposed building will be a 3-story structure over a partial basement and approximately 102,500 gross square feet. Street improvements are proposed on McKenzie Street as well as street trees on the projects frontage with Pacific Highway. The site will consist of a total of sixteen parking spaces. LOCATION: 12740 SW Pacific Highway, located on the south side of Pacific Highway at the corner of McKenzie Street; Washington County Tax Map 2S102BD0150. ZONES: C-G General Commercial.
