PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yamhill County Planning Director has approved the following requests: 1) DOCKET L-05-16, a request by Dennis Gaibler for approval of a property line adjustment to transfer approximately 20 acres from Tax Lot 3228-900 (83.88 acres) to Tax Lot 3228-100 (10.65 acres). The resulting parcels would be approximately 63.88 acres and 30.65 acres. The parcels are located at 9680 NE Adolf Road, Newberg. 2) DOCKET L-06-16, a request by Craig Williams for approval of a property line adjustment to transfer approximately 2 acres from Tax Lot 4303-2000 (3.56 acres) to Tax Lot 4303-2500 (28 acres). The resulting parcels would be approximately 1.56 and 30 acres. The parcels are located at 55758 NE Dixon Lane and 18721 NE Archery Summit Road, Dayton. These applications are being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.09(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Any person wishing to appeal these decisions to the Board of County Commissioners must submit the request on an approved appeal form, accompanied by $250.00 for each application, by March 31, 2016.
