Douglas County is requesting proposals for ATM machine and support services per specifications included in RFP #085 documents.
Proposals must include a statement on whether or not the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Bidding Coordinator at Douglas County Management & Finance, 1036 SE Douglas, Room 301 Roseburg OR 97470 until 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
Proposals will be opened Wednesday, March 23, 2016, 9:00 AM at the regularly-scheduled public meeting of the Board of Commissioners. No late bids will be accepted. No person may withdraw their proposal after the hour set forth for opening.
Douglas County reserves the right to reject all quotes.
