Project Description: Provide Professional Services to create the City’s Parks, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) Master Plan. This plan will be used to provide direction for effective and equitable planning and development of the city’s parks, open space, trails, recreation facilities and recreation programs over the next ten to twenty years.
Applicant qualifications will be evaluated based on response to the Request for Proposal (RFP), and a live interview to be conducted after submission of the statement of qualifications. Proposal criteria are more fully set forth in the RFP document.
