REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR FACILITY PLANNING RFP #2016-0314
FOREST GROVE, OR
Proposals due: April 11, 2016 @ 2:00 pm
Sealed proposals will be received at the Forest Grove School District #15 Business Office, 1728 Main Street, Forest Grove, OR 97116 until 2:00 pm, Pacific Time, Monday, April 11, 2016, and opened immediately thereafter, for materials/services as described in the specifications on file in the Business Office at the location noted above.
The district is seeking professional consulting services to assist staff in reviewing and updating the District’s 2006 Ten Year Facilities Master Plan. The consultant will work with the Forest Grove School District Steering Committee, and a citizen committee/s to assist in the development of a plan to present to the District School Board. The plan document will be used to determine the make-up and amount of a general obligation bond that the District is planning to pursue in the near future.
A non-mandatory informational pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 10:00 am, located at the Forest Grove School District Office, 1728 Main Street, Forest Grove, OR 97116.
