Lake Health District wishes to procure the specialized architectural/engineering services required to design an additional Medical Exam Office / Physician Office in Lakeview, Oregon. Currently there are 3 clinic buildings providing offices and exam rooms and 8 physicians operating in the buildings. This project will consist of design of approximately 5,600 s.f. for additional physicians and patient services. The District is seeking a Design Team that can meet schedule and budget constraints and provide an accurate design that blends with the current hospital/medical structures.
