HELENS ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES CONTRACT Qualifications due 5:00pm, April 8, 2016 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by the City of St. Helens from qualified consultants to perform an engineering and construction administration services contract. The selected consulting firm will provide design services, assist with permitting, develop engineering plans, bid specifications and other related contract documents, and provide construction administration services to rehabilitate the City’s two million gallon concrete drinking water reservoir. All RFQ’s must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. April 8, 2016. The City of St. Helens reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
