Statement of Qualifications to provide loan administration services for the construction of the City’s wastewater treatment plant will be received by the City of Coos Bay until March 28, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. The RFQ is available online at the City’s website. This project is being funded by a loan obtained through the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority (IFA) in conjunction with the project titled, Coos Bay Initial Wastewater System Repairs Design & Construction.
