Yamhill County invites competitive quotes from qualified providers (“Offerors”) to perform demolition services for Yamhill County. The demolition site is located at 2060 NE Lafayette Ave, McMinnville, Oregon (the “Project”). The quotation requirements are set forth in the Competitive Quote Package available as described in this notice. This solicitation is undertaken as an intermediate procurement under ORS 2798.070
RESPONSE PERIOD: Sealed quotes, delivered to Yamhill County Department of Public Works 2060 NE Lafayette Ave, McMinnville, Oregon 97128, will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., April 21, 2016, at which time all competitive quotations received shall be opened and read aloud.
FORMAT: Quotes must be submitted on the form in the Competitive Quote Package called “Competitive Quotation” and must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed and marked as specified in the Instructions to Offerors. The entire Competitive Quote Package, including addenda, if any, must be returned with the Competitive Quotation.
COMPETITIVE OUOTE PACKAGE; SITE VISIT: Copies of the Competitive Quote Package are available from the Yamhill County Department of Public Works 2060 NE Lafayette Ave, McMinnville, Oregon 97128, and telephone (503) 434-7515. Before submitting a competitive quote, Offerors must inspect the site. A mandatory site visit is scheduled at 9am, on April 11, Yamhill County Department of Public Works 2060 NE Lafayette Ave, McMinnville Oregon 97128
Yamhill County reserves the right to reject any competitive quotation not in compliance with rules established in the Competitive Quote Package, and further reserves the right to reject any or all competitive quotations upon a finding by the Board of Commissioners that it is in the public interest to do so.
