REMOVAL AND PAINT

Bids due: May 6, 2016 @ 2:00 pm
Sealed Bids for treating, painting and priming identified equipment at the Waste Water Treatment Plant for the City of Brookings will be received at the Finance Department window at Brookings City Hall, 898 Elk Drive, Brookings, OR 97415 until 2:00 pm local time on May 6, 2016. Submittal of bid proposals shall be in a sealed envelope clearly identified as a “bid proposal” on the outside. Bid proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter.
Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
Bidding Documents may be obtained online at www.brookings.or.us/bids.aspx or requested via e-mail to lziemer@brookings. or.us. Bidding documents may also be examined at Brookings City Hall, 898 Elk Drive, Brookings, OR by appointment, 541-469-1103.
No pre-bid meeting or site visits are scheduled. However, prior to the date of quote submittal, you may request a site visit of the WWTP provided you give Ray Page, Chief Treatment Plan Operator at least 48 hours advance notice and confirm the visit with him, 541-469-1181. Please plan to limit the site visit to 30 minutes.
