BUILDINGS SEISMIC UPGRADE – FIRE
STATION NO. 3

Sealed bids for the construction of the Municipal Buildings Seismic Upgrade – Fire Station No. 3, Project No. 656483 & Fire Station No. 2, Project No. 657492, will be received at the City of Corvallis, Engineering Division, 1245 NE Third Street, Corvallis, OR 97330, by Tonya Fawver, Staff Assistant, until 2:00 pm on May 5, 2016 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The work consists of removing and replace existing roof materials with upgraded design and materials; secure the apparatus bay and living quarters to each other building and to the foundation; constructing required appurtenances and other work as shown on the plans.
The Engineering estimates are: Schedule ‘A’ – Station No. 3 – $242,550; Schedule ‘B’ – Station No. 2 – $242,550.
The bidding documents for this project may be examined at the City of Corvallis, 501 SW Madison Avenue, Corvallis, OR or download from http://www.publicpurchase. com. All who are known by the City to have received a complete set of the document will receive notification when additional items are posted.
This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 21, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. starting at Fire Station No. 3 (Circle Boulevard and NW 13th Street) and moving to Fire Station No. 2 (SW 35th Street and Washington Way).
