Contract is for a Public Work subject to Prevailing Wage Rates under ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870 The contract terms, conditions and specifications may be reviewed for the “Trash Compactor Purchase and Installation at Five State Parks” (see Invitation to Bid on ORPINS for Parks and their locations. Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Parks and Recreation Department, 725 Summer St NE, Ste C, Salem, Oregon 97301. Offer(s) may be rejected if not in compliance with bidding procedures and requirements. Any or all offers may be rejected if in the public interest to do so.
