INVITATION TO BID: CULVERT
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
TILLAMOOK COUNTY, OR

Excavation Contractors – The Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (TEP) is inviting bids for a culvert replacement project where Kilchis River Road crosses Mapes Creek. Work will include, but is not limited to, removal of existing culvert, driven piles, in-stream excavation and fill placement, and bridge construction with cast-in-place and pre-cast components. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site at 1:00 p.m., May 4, 2016. Contractors must have an active CCB license and experience excavating in sensitive areas (wetlands, streams).
