NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
Two public meetings of the Budget Committee of the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held in the months of April 2016 and May 2016. The first meeting will take place at the Elsie Stuhr Center, 5550 SW Hall Boulevard, Beaverton, OR 97005 on the 18th day of April 2016 at 6 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. The second meeting will take place at the THPRD HMT Complex at 15707 SW Walker Road, Beaverton, OR 97006 on the 16th day of May 2016 at 6:30 pm for approval of the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 13, 2016 at THPRD Administration, 15707 SW Walker Road, Beaverton, OR, 97006, between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. These are public meetings where deliberation of the budget committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meetings and discuss the proposed programs with the budget committee.
