NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR PROPOSED USE OF STATE REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
For the 2017-2018 Budget Biennium
A public hearing for the proposed use of the City of Milwaukie’s State Revenue Sharing Funds for the 2017-2018 biennium will be held during the Budget Committee Meeting on April 28, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at Milwaukie City Council Chambers on 10722 SE Main Street, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222. It is estimated that the funds available from State Revenue Sharing for fiscal year 2017 and fiscal year 2018 will be approximately $232,000 and $243,000, respectively and are proposed to be used as General Fund revenues for General Fund operations. The purpose of the hearing is to provide the public with an opportunity to suggest ideas for the use of these funds.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Milwaukie, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the biennium July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2018, will be held at the City of Milwaukie City Council Chambers, 10722 SE Main Street, Milwaukie, Oregon, 97222.
The meeting will take place on April 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Milwaukie City Hall. This is a public meeting to receive the City Manager’s budget message, and the proposed budget document will be presented to the Budget Committee.
A copy of the proposed budget document may be inspected or obtained after April 28, 2016 at City Hall, 10722 SE Main Street, Milwaukie, Oregon, 97222, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or online at http://www.milwaukieoregon.gov/finance.
