NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Oak Lodge Sanitary District, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, will be held at Oak Lodge Sanitary District, 14611 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The meeting will take place on April 21, 2016 at 6:00 pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The date for the meeting at which public comment will be taken is still to be determined.

A copy of the proposed budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 22, 2016 at Oak Lodge Sanitary District, 14611 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
A copy of the proposed budget document will be posted to Oak Lodge Sanitary District’s website at http://www.oaklodgesanitary.com/finances/.
The Budget Committee encompasses the District’s five (5) elected Board of Directors and six (6) citizens who volunteered to serve on the committee and were appointed by the Board of Directors.
