NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING –

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Scappoose Public Library District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017, will be held on the 6th day of May, in the meeting room of the Scappoose Public Library 52469 SE Second St., Scappoose, Ore.

A second meeting, if needed, will be held on the 9th day of May at 7:00 p.m. in the Library meeting room, 52469 SE Second St., Scappoose, Ore.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 10th, 2016, at the Library, 52469 SE Second St., Scappoose, Ore., during library business hours.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
