NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
There will be a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Columbia 9-1-1 Communications District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. This meeting will be held at the Columbia 9-1-1 Communications District, 58611 McNultyWay, St. Helens, Oregon.
The meeting will take place on the 28th of April, 2016 at 1 :00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after the April 28th meeting at the District office, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This notice is also published on the District’s website at www.Columbia911.com.
