NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Hubbard, Marion County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017, will be held at the Hubbard City Hall Council Chambers at 3720 2nd Street, Hubbard, OR. The meeting will take place on May 3, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 27, 2016 at City Hall between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. During this meeting the Budget Committee will hold a public hearing to discuss the use of State Revenue Sharing funds. All interested persons are invited to attend and express their views on the receipt and expenditure of State Revenue Sharing funds.
