BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Newberg School District 29J, Yamhill, Washington, and Clackamas Counties, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held at the District Office, 714 East Sixth Street, Newberg, Oregon 97132. The meeting will take place on Tuesday May 3, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, elect officers, present the proposed budget, and receive information about how the budget aligns with district goals. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 3, 2016, at 714 East Sixth Street, Newberg, Oregon 97132, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
